Terms of Service
The rules for using Tourneyfly. Plain English, because you should be able to read them.
Effective 10 August 2026
What Tourneyfly is
Tourneyfly helps families attending youth sports tournaments find places to eat and coordinate with their team. Browsing restaurants, creating a team, voting on dinner, RSVPing to team meals, running polls, and sharing a weekend itinerary are all free.
Tourneyfly+ is a paid membership. It unlocks one thing: the ability to redeem discounts at partner restaurants, and the Pass screen that displays them.
Your account
You need an account to join a team or hold a membership. You are responsible for keeping your password private and for activity that happens under your account.
Accounts are for adults. If you are creating a team for a youth sports squad, you are doing so as a parent, guardian, coach, or team organiser.
One person, one account. Do not share an account between families — memberships are personal, and discount codes are issued per member.
Discounts are honoured by restaurants, not by us
This is the most important thing on this page. When you redeem a discount, Tourneyfly generates a code and the restaurant applies the discount through their own systems. We do not process your bill, and we cannot force a restaurant to honour an offer.
We list what a partner has told us they offer, and we keep it current. But offers can change, staff can be unaware of them, and a restaurant can stop being a partner. If a partner declines to honour a listed discount, tell us — we will look into it, and it may affect your refund options below.
Discounts are not valid with other restaurant offers unless the restaurant says otherwise.
Membership and billing
Tourneyfly+ is $7.99 per month or $59.99 per year. Payment is handled by Stripe. We never see or store your card details.
Memberships renew automatically at the end of each period until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from the Profile screen, which stops future billing. See the Refund Policy for money already paid.
If a payment fails, your membership may be suspended until it succeeds. Your teams, votes, meals, and itineraries are unaffected — those are free and stay available.
Teams
Whoever creates a team manages it. Managers can post announcements, add games and team meals, create polls, and remove the team. Anyone on a team can start a dinner vote.
A team join code lets anyone who has it join that team and see its schedule, meals, votes, polls, and itinerary. Share it only with families you want in your team.
You can belong to as many teams as you like, with a different role on each.
Acceptable use
Do not use Tourneyfly to harass anyone, post content that is abusive or unlawful, attempt to access another family's team, share or resell discount codes, or interfere with the service.
Discount codes are generated for one member, for one visit, and expire 60 minutes after they are created. Screenshotting a code for someone else defeats the purpose and is a misuse of your membership.
Ending your account
You can stop using Tourneyfly at any time. Contact us if you want your account removed, and we will delete it along with the personal data described in the Privacy Policy.
We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms. If we do, and you hold a paid membership, we will refund the unused portion unless the reason involves fraud or abuse of the discount system.
The service is provided as-is
We work hard to keep Tourneyfly accurate and available, but we do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. Restaurant information comes from our listings and can be out of date. Always check with the restaurant for hours, availability, and current offers.
To the fullest extent the law allows, our liability for any claim relating to Tourneyfly is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
Changes
We may update these terms. If a change is significant, we will make it visible in the app. Continuing to use Tourneyfly after a change means you accept the updated terms.
