What started out as a far-fetched, “Thanksgiving idea”, has turned into a great family business adventure in North Platte Nebraska. For the first chapter of this story, please visit the North Platte brewery website.

Now the family brings its next chapter to the Wisconsin Dells. Why you may ask? Because the other half of the family calls the Dells area home…..and jealousy! You see, we got sick of listening to half the family bragging

about all this great beer they got to taste year-round. Experimental concoctions that turn into the greatest beer ever. Seasonal huckleberry batches that only have one secret barrel created and of course is never tapped over Thanksgiving when everyone comes to visit. So we decided to make it available here, for you, for us!

The original pizza recipes were initially created in the home of Mendy and brother Mark. Mendy’s grandma’s ancient secret sauce was the starter for some. Throughout the years, the high school cooks in North Platte were encouraged to create their own pizza innovations and the menu evolved via customer requests. Some of these ingredients are difficult to obtain in Wisconsin, so while there may be slight differences, visitors of both venues will recognize original pizza creations that they have come to love.
